ArenaNet employee FireAttunement confirmed on the official GW2 forums that the Winter’s Heart Infusion has been added as a possible drop from the Drakkar meta in Bjora Marches.
The Winter’s Heart infusion gives your character a frosty aura and a pale glow. It was previously only available during Wintersday, and from Zephyrite Supply Boxes.
Depending on the stats, the Winter’s Heart infusion sells for 575-800 gold on the Trading Post.
