After you learn the basics and get used to the gameplay, Bell Choir can be a low-stress way to farm Wintersday Gifts during the Guild Wars 2 Wintersday event. Learn how to master GW2 Bell Choir, and earn 11 Wintersday presents per set of three rounds.
What Is Bell Choir?
Bell Choir is a Guitar Hero-style rhythm game. Colored spheres travel down the “lanes” to you. You have to hit the right keys which correspond to the lane at the right time.
A correct note will heal you, but an incorrect note will deal damage. If you take too much damage, you will have to sit out the rest of the round.
Turn Down Your Graphics Settings
Set your graphics to “Best Performance.” This makes it easier to see the white border where you need to click the key for the correct timing.
Align Your Screen
Zoom out all the way. Adjust your position so that your character is facing the exact center.
This makes it easier to see which notes are on which side.
Set Your Fingers
Place your fingers on the 1-4 and 6-9 number keys as if you were playing a piano.
And Go!
This takes a bit of practice. Even experienced players need a warm-up of a few rounds. Don’t panic, relax, breathe, and click the notes when the ball crosses the white line. You’ll get the hang of it in no time.
